Have used for many years with no issues. This year I had one glitch that I'm not sure was my fault or the system. Did not want to deduct state tax reimbursed in prior year as if it had been used for this years taxes instead of as a refund in the prior year. Thought I had said no to that but it ended up on my return and I didn't catch it. Resulted simply in State taking it off my refund, and advising me why in a letter.
Pros: Easy to prepare
