When using Business package for a small business, I was forced to use the Whole Form for entering data. The Dialogues were displayed in a scrambled manner, making them unreadable. This has happened two years in a row.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using H&R for many years. It is accurate and fairly easy to use. On state returns, it was missing some common forms such as MI1040D and MI8949. This required paper filing. Help on Fed 2210 is a joke. Not all 1099 info imported correctly.
Pros: Easy to prepare
