The review notes at the end do not clearly indicate how to do what it says needs to be done. I ended up spending a couple hours trying to figure it out and that changed the results. This is not new; I have had this happen prior years also.

It works great and is consistent from year to year. Love running the prior and current-year products side by side to make sure everything is covered.

Download was fast and easy to use and the software worked well until… I attempted to submit. I couldn’t believe that you were not better prepared to handle your site issues during the busiest tax days of the year. The problem with federal was finally resolved on the 15th but not for state. We ended up having to print the state and use snail mail anyway.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used H&R Block premium Tax Software for about 6 years....this was this toughest version to work with...very cumbersome at times....and the the issues trying to finalize my e-file. It took 2 days. Sorry, but I will think about another brand next year

The software has been my go to for years. This year however, the Block servers were down for an extended period on 4/14 and 4/15! Had me very worried about whether or not my return would be in on time. They got the system back up in time but that was too close for comfort. Not sure if I go back to Block or another S/W.

You should be allowed to download the software in both Mac and Win. If you can download it 5 times then you should have the choice. Most homes have both types of users and at times one or the other computer has problems. If one computer goes down then your stuck without a software which you paid for.?????
