I have used this product for years and easy to work with.
Only issue I had was selling a rental and claiming the depreciation recovery. They need to define this a little better but this is not an every day thing for most.

Bad Gateway bug the day before tax day was rough

I have no doubt I got my maximum refund but the panic of not being able to eFile and the thought of printing and mailing was daunting. Also for what we pay for Premium why is there an extra fee to file State returns? I thought one was included with Premium. It should be...

You should be ashamed of yourselves. The night before and the day of......we couldn't electronically file/send in our taxes. Really! You gave many, many people anxiety or a sick feeling of "scrambling what to do next" worries. I'm going back to TurboTax

I really like this program to prepare taxes. I just wish that when it imports your last years' tax form (from same tax prep software) - that all relevant items are brought in. When you get to certain spots in your process the program will ask you to look up and enter amount entered from last years' line 17, item 12z. Super frustrating that it can't do that for you.! (

I hav used this program for many years the last three have not been good. Three years ago I had problems using a credit card to pay taxes. software was a problem ended up with late fee from the IRS. last year same problem but no IRS fees. This year their "bad gateway" caused much angst filing. Even though they were able to fix the problem I tried for a day and a half to file my taxes. I had 14 pending charges on my credit card. This is totally unacceptable.

Cons: Time consuming
