The last minute fall out was a total disaster. The servers not being able to handle the "known" and/or expected load was unacceptable.

I had been confident I would t have issue with HR block desktop downloaded software. But a day before from the deadline, I started to see the server outage errors with efile and continued till next day, Apr15th. It isn’t expected from the software which knows the importance of Apr15th for tax filers
