The program helped me prepare my taxes, and I was ready to file...however, their server crashed on April 14th and I wasn't able to file until the next day. Quite a stressful experience!

When your network crashes on April 15th, clearly there is are systemic problems at HR. It’s the only day of the year having your network operating perfectly matters. Instead, create lots of anxiety and stress for everyone using your product when they can’t even file.

After the 5th attempt, it went through fine, however…
It billed me 4 more times than it should . You might want to fix that feature!

Being down for 18 hours ending at between 1 and 3PM on the day tax returns are due is completely unacceptable. As is the suggestion to "print and mail" the return. Part of the reason to purchase this software is the prepaid submission fee. If I print and mail my return, are you refunding this fee?
