Very frustrating not being able to submit a return

Pros: Easy to import documents

The software was easy enough to use and had the features I expect, but the core function is the ability to file taxes on-time. This year H&R Block Tax Cut e-filing did not work for most of the day on April 15th (tax day). I was eventually able to e-file, but it took at least 50 attempts across most of the day and it did not work until late in the day. I was extremely stressed and even considered filing on paper because I did not want to miss the deadline.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have been using H&R Block tax software for multiple years. My taxes this year were complicated by a sale of business real estate and the very delayed of reporting from some business accounting. Despite the challenge of having to go back into the software and insert the late information, H&R made it fairly easy to identify where I had left off and how to get back to the sections I needed to update.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Program is incredible. For a world where taxes aren’t taught in public school, the software walks you through everything and thoroughly asks questions to determine your life and deductions you deserve. Anyone doing a DBA or LLC I highly encourage use of this product. The import tools are wonderful.

Mostly decent. Covers a lot of ground, but occasionally can’t explain the input it needs in more complex tax situations. Whoever didn’t ensure adequate server capacity on April 15th should be fired promptly. Not sure I’ll be back next year.

I could not e-file and have multiple credit card holds on my account. Also State estimated tax being under federal mental no sense... I also could not search estimated tax... I'm going back to turbo tax
