I was among the many customers who received an error and was unable to e-file on when I first tried on April 14 and the error continued into April 15. Extremely dissatisfied. HR provided poor communication on the timeline to resolve the error. It was ultimately resolved but this incident created extreme stress.

Poor experience. Had issues efiling federal taxes. H&R software Calculated state tax was higher than the taxes calculated by Maryland online ifile tax return using same information.
This was easy up until trying to efile. The efile wasn’t working due to issues with H&R software or servers.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

We've been using H&R block software for years and always was a good experience. Now that Chris is retired the interviews are confusing and it forces us through ones that aren't appropriate for us. I really hope it produced the correct filing results, but am honestly not sure.
