Sad to report that this software did not live up to H & R's claims. Difficulty loading from Schwab. Couldn't e-file State of Calif e-fire due to H & R's portal problems.ending up doing state manually
Cons: Hard to import documents

Doing taxes is so stressful and then to have a technical issue in H&R Block system that wouldn’t allow the efile to work was unacceptable. It took me an extra 3 hours to try to figure out what the problem was and then had to pay and mail my federal before the post office closed. I think they owe everyone their money back since the program didn’t do what it was suppose to and caused extra stress.

I bought the software to file electronically and your servers were malfunctioning on the most important day for a tax filer. I had to print out my state and federal return and file by mail. This required certified mail which was an additional cost. Filing taxes are already stressful and your service made it more stressful this year

Incorrect feedback on my transmission caused a potential duplicate payment issue to the IRS luckily my bank corrected the issue. The transmission process seems to have holes in the controls.

It was fine until the sending gave "bad gateway" which took all day on the 15th of April! It was saying that I would have to file manually. The 3 hours later I noticed an email saying I had filed. So I'm in limbo with a email saying I filed and a program saying I haven't. Worst tax day ever!
