The software feels deeply outdated. I've been using it since the early 2000's. If it wasn't for the fact that I have used it for so long, I wouldn't use it. It hasn't been updated, there are multiple things that are far from clear, and if you aren't already competent with filling out your taxes, it will miss things that can save you money, especially if you've done any contracting. That said, it's fast, and relatively easy to use. I don't hate it, but I'm considering changing next year.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Went to file returns on Aprl 15 (waiting on 1095 to come in, finally received morning of Aprl 15). Could not file, your system was down. Waited until 4pm, then had to drive to the post office.
