I experienced so many issues with the software and with the electronic filing. My software atill shows that my taxes return has not been filed. At some point the submission went through and I have emails from the IRS receiving and accepting it. Too frustrating of a process this year
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Could not e-file for 3 days. Big notice on the screen says they know and are working on it and not to bother calling customer service. Ran out of time as they never fixed it and had one hour to get it in the mail on tax day and had to take off work, find a printer, copy documents, drive to the PO, pay for an envelope and postage. Huge hassle, will not use them again. Issues downloading the software originally which is what caused me to be late in the first place.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i learn something new every time. I definitely feel as though I've left money on the table in past years but after 10_ years I'm getting a hand of it. Did I save $ vs using an accountant? ya, probably or at least break even. Doing taxes is a good way of staying educated on all this stuff. Do it yourself. Learn. This software helps!
