I am very disappointed this time. I had trouble when I tried to efile. I did it three times before I can submit. One of my household to file with TurboTax at the end.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I used to be very confident in the accuracy of my H&R Block returns, but it is now more complicated to use and I am no longer sure if I answered all the questions correctly.
Additionally, it doubled counted one income item, despite many attempts to get it to only count once, and I had to override. Fortunately, it did not prevent me from efiling.
Cons: Time consuming
