Big disappointment--very poor quality program '23

Had to give one atar to review it.
I ran all the pre-filing accuracy reviews; no major problems reported. Program waited intil I was ready to push the efile button to tell me issue in return made it ineligible for e-filing. Also program reported $10 discrepancy but did not indicate ehere, why or how to fix. Found the "explanation" totally by accident in course of follong out request for extension. Very poor programming this year!!! Have heard other people had problems with your software this year. Looking for an alternative for next year.

There is no good excuse for having relatively common reporting requirements that are "beyond the scope of the program". Still a good program, overall, but H&R Block needs to get their act together and fix the weaknesses with additional capabilities, and better instructions for any remaining rare instances that require manual entries.

You guys need to circle these dates on the calendar next year. Pretty important to have enough capacity for people to efile. Also, don't lie that it was a 'small number of users'. It was a lot. Worst experience with normally good software.
