I bought this trying to save some dollars. I've been using TurboTax the last few years. The product is inferior in userfriendlyness. It was much harder to figure out and use. I had problems with the online help not coming up with links.
This isn't Rocket science, if the Chinese can copy everything so can TaxCut. Copy what the competition does better and change it enough you don't get sued.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I've been using Taxcut/Hrblock for over 20 years because it's much cheaper than turbo tax.
This year 2023 tax final review found an inconsistent value (created by the program) in the worksheet and I fixed it by googling the form and instruction. The result saved me thousand of dollars.

I "feel" the program is very functional. I have been using it y\for years which makes it MUCH easier to navigate. Live help seems to be a farce and the crazy high price fo the second state is discouraging. Software help has not helped much ex. trying to move old returns onto a new computer and version of Block. SO as I said I have no experience with other programs so i "don't know any better."
