We had a loss carryover that we took in last years filing (this was all that was remaining) that carried over into this year during the import. It could be over ridden but I couldn’t submit the return electronically because of the over written field. So I had to enter this years data all manually,

Why won’t the software even open?

Why won’t the software even open? On top of that it charged me twice to send my state return! It refused to go anywhere to pay my tax bill! Please fix your software so it works!
