terrible software for such simple returns

whats the purpose of importing W2's if the software doesnt capture all of the fields from the w2's to the worksheets, if fields are not captured on the worksheets, you cant e-file. Next year i will just spend the extra money and get turbo tax, also the explanation for dependents who were born in the tax year are not clear
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I have used the product for several years. The product does not import previous year's tax information.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

I've used H&R Block Software for many years and overall have been very satisfied. This year did not go quite as smooth with resolving 1 issue and another warning. Also, I had trouble with e-filing with a requirement to update software after I went through the entire e-filing process. I had good on-line help from Tyjanae and thankfully did not have to reinput data.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

It said I could efile up to 5 free returns

I bought this program and said I had 5 free efile returns but only gotn1 and had to pay for the 32nd

A Bit Disappointed

I found a discrepancy in the software (even though it claims to be completely accurate). The technical advisors I interacted with were unable to solve the problem. It was written up, and I was advised that I would get an answer to my question. I waited and waited, but no one has ever contacted. In order to file my taxes, I had to override the issue.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

More explanation needed on Last Years AGI field

When filing electronically, the product asks for last years AGI. It needs an explanation that the AGI should come from the original return filed and not the amended return.
