Doesn't fulfill basic needs

I am very disappointed with this product. It is not able to complete local tax forms like TurboTax is able to do. This failure to do this task wholly defeats the purpose of paying for tax prep software. Would not buy again!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Been using H&R Block software for years. Never is 100% clear. The "Help" option is for help with the software, not tax questions.
Cons: Hard to prepare

Doesn't connect to internet for backups, but connects for filing, updates and help. This is the second year in a row.

Got charged for the state twice

My activation code had already been entered in the downloaded software, but incorrectly. So when I initially filed the federal didnot file but I was charged for the state. After I corrected the activation code and refiled, I was charged for the state again.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Since 2022 its been a little buggy

I have been using HR Block tax software for over 10 yrs. last year it failed to save my return completely even though I save as I go. I had the return saved as a PDF and it cut off the last column (the one with the amounts boxes). This year It auto inserted an AGI of "0" and I had to override it. Since I didn't have last years HR Block file to import.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software works good but I wanted to start using it on my Chromebook...would not work! My windows computer is getting old, I don't think it will be around next year. Someone needs to get a fix for this so I can use my Chromebook.

Good Tax software

This is the second year I have used H&R Block Tax Software.
It is easy to use. Very user Friendly. Alot more affordable than the Tax Software I have use for 20 years prior.
