Bought the premium version to handle the rental of a home. It was not very comprehensive and I had to do a lot of research on my own to correctly complete my tax return,
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything went fine EXCEPT for IRS Form 8888. I wanted to buy savings bonds with my refund and put some money in two different checking accounts. After some hours of trying to make it work, I gave up and set one checking account for my refund. That worked fine. If I had been able to do Form 8888 on paper and simply transfer the results to H&R Block software, it would have taken 4 minutes.
Something is wrong with your code for 8888.
