I have used Turbo Tax for years, this year I bought and tried it to find it cumbersome and confusing and also my refund was tiny. I bought your product and was super pleased.

I bought this to do my federal and state of Maine taxes. The federal tax return was accepted and the Maine tax return was rejected, therefore, I am instructed to mail it in. I thought I paid the price to have both of them done correctly and submitted. Unfortunately I wasted part of that fee.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unfamiliar format, but everything works!

I used TurboTax in the past, but tried this as it's about half the price. It was an unfamiliar format, but I got the hang of it, and everything went through!
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming

Never have all the state forms that I need.

I was excited this year when I saw that some of the forms I needed to e-file my state return were finally available, BUT then realized that they still did Not have all the ones I needed. Once again I have to mail in my state return. What good is software if they don't have all the forms? Very disappointed!!!
