I have used H&R Tax Cut software for more than 30 years and have found it has always be a solid product. I particularly appreciate the improvements made each year that make the filing of my tax returns less and less of a chore. I have never been questioned by the IRS for my returns except for asking for some additional data occasionally.

Plus the program helped with rental property income tax processing. Highly recommend the program to ease your stress levels while preparing your taxes!

Medocore User Interface/Validation Flow Problems

The user interface isn't very user-friendly, although at least it renders on a 4K monitor finally. The verification passed until I tried to file and then it caught them. It should have caught them the first time around. The Missouri form is worse. Not even basic data validation at user-entry time.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use Tax Problem That provides a good asking of questions. I have to buy the Premium because my wife does part time self employed. So get to see a number of the features in Premium even though I am not retired.
