Data was all over the place in the forms, duplicate or wrong. I spent over an hour finding and fixing (I thought) but both my State and Federal taxes were rejected - twice. I finally got it done. A horrible experience.

More than 20 years of exceptional service is the #1 reason, and this year was not different.
I had some difficulty downloading the software this year, with the help of very capable folks in the chat room, my problem was solved.

After decades of using and loving this software, 2022 version for MAC crashed almost a dozen times. I had to redo the inputs each time it crashed. Fortunately, when I contacted tech services they connected me with a customer service representative that reinforced my belief in the company. Issues will ALWAYS occur, but it is how you handle them that counts.

terrible to use for anyone had experienced the online version of Tax product. You need to pay for state even though it marks state in the cover. The state is only for using them to calculate your tax. You still need to pay for the filling. If you are married, you need to pay twice. I almost feel this is a scam. While you use it, you feel like you live in 1950.
