Does not figure deprecation upon selling property

Used this program for at least 28 years in order to make deprecation on a rental property easy to figure out, especially upon selling. Upon selling the property the program did not do anything to figure out deprecation. Help desk was no help either.
Pros: Maximizes refund
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I find it easy. Just import your information from last year's return and edit in the new data. It's easy to go to a specific page to double check your data. Print your forms and e-mail your returns. You can e-mail 5 Federal returns per box so your family can do their return and e-mail it. You can also purchase software that includes State as well as Federal. Data flows from your Federal return to your State.
