Don't buy this if you plan to use it on a Mac with Apple silicone. For two years in a row this product has failed to work reliably. It routinely crashes and I lose work. I've had to install it on my older backup Mac in order to get it to work.

We have tried gif two years to Electronically file Never filed a electronic before but there should not be a reason it can not be filed first time electronically except your program

I have been using H&R Block tax software for over 20 years. It is still the best, by far. Last year I had a need to use TurboTax, and found it to be confusing and user-unfriendly.

While frustrating, it got the job done. It was not easy to navigate, had logic errors. I used the chat function to ask for help 3 times - the agents could not answer specific questions about the application. I have used H&R Premium for 10 years. I like that the price hasn’t gone up much and hope to see software improvements for next year.

good but too hard to look at forms as one goes thru to make sure I entered correctly and software got it right. Had to go to print and then create PDF to view. Too clumsy
