Had to wait 2 weeks for the IRS ( IRS did not have required form ready) to accept our H&R super easy to file, Tax Return. So much for rushing to file tax returns 1st week of February. lol

I can"t e-file. The program tells me that there is a problem with the H&R Block software. It tells me to download a software update to fix the problem, but there is no software update available! My credit card was charged to e-file with the state but that doesn't work either.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very easy to use and straight forward. Was hoping for the higher returns as seen under 45. Pretty sure that has less to do with the software and more to do with providing those premium inflation-resistant Chernobyl-Grade Pampers from Z for the "Big Guy".

Decent SW, but doesn't handle exceptions well.

this is the 2nd time in 4 years that I've had to submit via efile and then print and amend the return due to nuances not covered in the SW. First it was the EV tax credit, and this time it was handling of overpayment on an IRA account.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
