Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents

The H&R Block tax program is easy to use. I’ve been using it for the last four years. I like the way it automatically fills in the data from the previous year and to the current year’s tax program.

It does the job, but there are a few confusing parts that leave one wondering if I have done the right thing. Instead if helping, I found I had to dig through piles of IRS manuals to find answers, and Im still not sure.

Easy to use software. Have used it for over 15 years and all good. One thing they should include with the Premium Package is a free state return. You get free five federal, but only use one when filing.
