For the first time since I've used the program, I had realt trouble using it. I got to the final stages or doing the taxes and ran into a "data verification" error. The program highlighted the "error" and said that it needed to be fixed, but even though the box was highlighted, and the cursor appeared in the box, there was no way to edit the edit it, and there was no way that I saw to have the program take me back just to the "error" so the information could be changed. Over the next couple days I spent several hours trying to fix the "error", but eventually just started to whole return over. I still don't know what the "error" was, but am upset the program told me there was one, highlighted the "error", yet still wouldn't allow me to fix it without having to do the whole return over again.
The second time, I had no problems and the whole process took less time than I'd wasted trying to fix an "error."
