MIstakes for two straight years... with no support

After submitting my taxes the past two years, I had errors and needs to resubmit for both state and Federal. Won't be making the same mistake on picking the right software in year three.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Easy to download and install. Federal is fairly intuitive for tax input; moving around in the program requires some trial and error. I had a problem with the Delaware return and the balance due was not correctly reported to Delaware thus, after the fact, I got a letter from the state requesting mo' money! The DE was MFS on the same form which I've always done in the past and I cannot figure out what happened, so I attribute the problem to the software.
I would recommend this to a friend!
