In general, the software was easy to use. There was one drawback: We had made estimated payments on the State Income Tax, and it was difficult to find where this data should have been entered into the program. We eventually figured it out. but it seemed that the process of figuring this out could have been a bit easier for a "duffer" user like myself.
Pros: Easy to prepare

H&R software used to be an excellent tax preparation program, but no longer. I was not able to complete my taxes with this program. A window popped up that said my taxes were beyond its capabilities and to seek a tax professional. What happened to your software? It reminded me too much of your competitor (TT).
