Needs work

Second year in a row that there were errors that prevented acceptance that were not caught by the software. Fixing and refiling is impossible, had to pay to file and then end up mailing the return. Instruction are very unclear and hard to follow.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was very pleased with the software, particularly its ease of use and thoroughness in coverage of the IRS requirements.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import

Taxes were not paid

I filled out all the credit card info but still got a letter from the IRS that my taxes are not paid. Now I owe fees. Why?

poor on interest expenst for rental

My federal return was rejected and the program was no help in figuring out why. I determined though the H&R Block Community that there was a glitch in the program and I wasn't going to be able to e-file my federal return. When I went to print my return, I found that the formatting was messed up and I am now having to figure out how to fix it. Also getting answers from H&R Block is not convenient. I should have been done with this weeks ago.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to prepare

Great Tax Program - Easiest and Fastest

We've been using H & R Block Premium program for our taxes for years. It's the easiest, no mistake program out there.

IRS Confusion

Better, but still struggles with clergy taxes. IRS could not figure out where program was getting some numbers. I explained and helped figure out the where and how, but neither of us could explain "WHY". IRS was actually more friendly than using this program, though H&R program gave me more deductions...waiting to see final word...
