For the FEDERAL taxes this is great. Five stars for the interview format. The STATE program is nothing more than a form filler. The user must figure out any state specific matters on their own. 1 Star for the state program.

Each year, I have more and more problems with H&R block software on my IMAC. This will be my last. This year, a few of the problems were (1) I couldn't download any statements from my Charles Schwab account (2) I couldn't E file until the final Block update had installed. Problem there was, when I would hit update, it would crash the whole program (3) it wouldn't save my work in progress, so after twice of starting over, I did it in one sitting. Wether it was my IMAC having problems, or just user error, It was still a hassle. I've had minor issues throughout the years, but this was just too much. Thought I'd give the competitor I try just to see if I've been missing anything.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
