So cool!

I was dependent on an accountant 20 years. It was liberating and fun at the same time. GREAT program for my small business.

I found it exceptionally easy to use this product. Based on my answers to straightforward questions at various points in the process, the software led me though all the relevant screens in a timely fashion. Whenever I had a question or potential issue, I found help screens readily available to resolve those questions/issues. As a result, I never encountered an issue that lingered for more than a few moments. The bottom line tax I owe was significantly less than my expectations, and by printing the return with relevant screens included, I was able to see why that was the case. I am REALLY pleased with how well this worked!
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

HR Block failed to update their software to avoid customers rejection code of 32-FD-F1040-402-01. When individuals earn foreign income plus receive a retirement check from their former US employers

I have used this software for many years. I have never doubted the accuracy of my returns for even a minute. I believe H&R Block tax return software has provided me with the professional support needed for many diverse filing situations. Thank you H&R Block!!!

I like the Q&A features.
No discussion or help about RMD. That is a significant TAX Issue for those of us over 70. That tells me the program is designed for younger users.
No real help filling out depreciation for home based business owners.
The program tells me I have a State Tax Penalty but tells me to figure it out. The program should do that for me.

Great explanations, better than Turbo Tax!

This is my first year using H&R block after many years of using Turbo Tax. H&R block has easier to understand explanations for many of the steps. Also, Turbo Tax lobbied heavily against simplifying the tax code, ugh!
