Makes it easy to do a return quickly and e-file. Consistent year over year so you don't have to re-learn a new program. You can run last year's program in parallel with this year's to make sure you got everything. Being able to have access to your return at any time is great. Superb program!

It worked well for doing the taxes, but even though I had last year’s tax return in hand and entered the correct amount in the area for it, the program would not file electronically. I had to print it out and mail it. I could have downloaded the forms free from the IRS website and done that without using this software.

I have been using this software since it was "Taxcut" and has always found it to be user friendly and thorough. So far, I have not been audited, as it gives me red flags to review and correct if needed before permitting me to file my taxes.

For the most part easy to use and good information. Federal worked easily but my Oregon State had one major flaw that had the state changing my return and lowering my refund.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
