I've used H&R Block tax programs for about 10 years and have been very happy with the programs. They have been easy to use and I appreciate the accuracy checks. The programs have been updated before I file with the latest information. The last couple of years with different COVID and impact checks have been a little confusing, and any further explanations about the forms needed and information about the items would be appreciated.

Although the program was reliable as it has always been, the software glitched and charged me several time when I made the purchase and it was never corrected. This combined with it not being available in stores, has me looking for a new option.
