Difficult to get in at first

Once we got in and carried over last years it was good until e-file was refused and we couldn't understand how to fix it. We decided to snail-mail it . We had to pay so snail-mail just takes longer for the government to get the rest of the tax that is owed.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

So nice to be able to import last year's return. Only item I would like to see changed (and I may have been doing it incorrectly, is when going through the accuracy review and looking at the corrections, I didn't see a way to go to that part of the program to correct it. I had to go out of the accuracy review, then go into that part of the program where I needed to do a correction.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't waste money going to a tax service. Do it yourself with this easy to follow tax download!!!!

Been using H&R Block for 10+ years, we’ve never had an audit. Simple interview process, fast filling. - love it!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Still Buggy and Difficult to Navigate

This is just poorly-written software. First it feels like a 15 year old product. It still uses Internet Explorer for the chat window. Seriously? I had a message to check some numbers. It was repeated 10 times, with no good explanation. Navigation after the interview process is cumbersome.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
