H&R Block is the ONLY software that will actually give you customer service, especially if you have complex or difficult tax situations. I’ve used the others and they pale in comparison to H&R.
Recommend but if new, prepare for a learning curve

We've always done a paper return. Using this software has a learning curve. Making corrections was difficult because it was unclear how to find the worksheet where the error had occurred. (It's in Forms not all Forms) Fortunately my brother has used H&R Block software for 15 years (and recommended it) and was able to help, because the H&R Block help section didn't clarify how to fix errors. I do like the clear language the software generally uses, and the hints, for example, saying that certain circumstances are uncommon. Next year should be much easier.
The reason I bought the premium version is because it claims that the software covers form K1. When I started working on my return, it told me it does not cover publicly traded partnerships, which defeats the whole point of purchasing the premium version. I hope this will be clear in the description in the future.
This software version is easier to use than the previous version I have been using, but The location of independent contractors car repairs and maintenance is still a bit foggy.
This is the Second year in a row that US IRS rejected H&R Block Electronic Filing stating "Prior year Adjusted Income" does not match IRS records. In both cases the number entered for filing purposes was populated by the H&R block software. (No amended returns were filed)
