Was not able to upload previous year's tax return so I had to reinput all generic data. After completing and e-filing my 2020 return(s) I was not able to come back and check my status as the program took me back to submitting my returns, this after receiving two emails stating the IRS and my state had received my tax returns. This is unusual for H&R, normally this does not happen.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
