Not always guarantees your return will be accepted by IRS? Mail in documents so far over 15 years without a problem or additional taxes.

Software is very easy to use, even with those involved with stock sales, dividends etc. Filing returns on line is fast and easy. I also like the fact that you can file as many as five federal returns plus one state return with the Premium package. I have used H & R Block software for over 20 years, love it.

I found that you could not always click on a computer number and go backwards to see how that computation was derived. I have used Turbo tax in the past. Another thing with the secure act and not having to do estimates until June your software did not adjust for this fact. Very poor on your part. Also do not like the amount owed plus penalty on one line should be able to see penalty alone. Did not owe a penalty but your software was not correct.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had to do the whole thing over on Turbo Tax because of recurrent error saying I didn't enter the name of the owner of the investment income, but I did. I couldn't even delete said investment income. Tried to contact company, waited an hour on hold then was cut off. It was ridiculous.
