I've been using this software for years and have no complaints. On the other hand, the email marketing this year was confusing, misleading about price, and a constant source of irritation.

Please correct the address glitch for citizens living abroad, it made them impossible to e file their taxes, please try it yourself.

Sometimes the software and explanations are dense. It can sometimes be difficult to navigate section to section, or figure out how to import a previous year's return.
This year, I turned off the constant checking for, and updating, of software. I am sure that constant downloading caused me a huge overpayment for 2020, which caused me to have to do a paper amendment, which I AM STILL WAITING FOR.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Very easy to use. Very disappointed that there was no State e-file provided. Will probably look elsewhere next year. Very deceiving packaging showing State on cover like last year.
