Easier than doing the forms by hand with the ability to get some help. I have multiple rental properties though and the software is not intuitive and while my records are clearly laid out in front of me it's difficult to know that they're being processed properly. It's easier for me to fill out the paper form schedule e by hand ironically so this is a frustration other than that it's a great product.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Easy to use and for the most part, clear about why questions were being asked and how my answers would affect my return. Not sure if I reported property taxes paid correctly. I paid all 4 quarters, but sold my house in November 2020. I received a pro-rated portion back at closing. I entered the full amount paid and assumed I would be asked later about any portion that was refunded to me. I don't recall entering that amount.
