My second year in a row to use H&R Block software for e-filing. Import feature works "okay", software not 100% effective in parsing out data fields from W-2s & 1099's, it required some manual data entry. Software is generally easy to use, maybe too easy, I found going through the Forms tab quite revealing (helpful) because if one accidentally ticks (or fails to tick) all the right boxes, software jumps over potentially appropriate input fields. Basically solid software but it takes some effort on behalf of the user to ensure final outcome is optimized. Link between application and server seems fairly efficient and robust as I was able to connect using very low bandwidth internet.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

It says "SAVING TO:/.../Christopher SXXXXX 2019 Tax Return. T19" in a box, but I did not get confirmation if the e-filling got approved.
