I've had nothing but problems. After e-filing I came back next day to check status and it tells me I haven't efiled yet. Only one of many irksome issues. A hateful product.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice software, however, the new tax codes were horrendous. As for me making it more time consuming to figure out alot of the verbage.

Software would not allow e-filing Massachusetts state return with any withholding on Form 1099-G (i.e. unemployment) forcing either to remove withholding or choose to mail in. This is NOT CORRECT as no such restriction prior years and no such restriction for other software or online options, or if went to tax professional to file.
