Tax prep software that works! (hear me TurboTax?)

Was getting frustrated trying to get TurboTax to work; wasted an entire Saturday and finally got told by customer service to do my long form complex return online only! No compensation for my initial expense buying their worthless software. Last time money goes down the drain (last year similar experience).
Enter Tax Cut by H&R Block. Worked like a champ! Even allowed me to import my settings from my previous year's TTX return. Awesome product that actually works right away... No crazy activation nightmares, no lock-ups, etc. Call me crazy, but I only like software that actually works. Great stuff!

Relatively easy to prepare my 2019 tax returns. Software was able to access and retrieve our broker's end of year reports which saved hours of time vs manually inputting as I had done in years past. I really liked the analysis for likelihood of an IRS audit the program performed before finalizing the return.

Very easy to use, the questions are on point. The phone picture of my W2 did not work well. A lot of the data was missing. This was the only flaw that I saw.
