There was a sign of one issue that was simple, I corrected it, but it never went away. I could not efile. I have to waste 57 pages of paper.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago. I noticed that the program stated Florida sales tax as 6% instead of 7% which is what I pay? The program performs very well.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Confusing and doesn't update changes

Have used it for years but never again. When updating information on forms, it wouldn't update it everywhere that number was used.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Need more comprehensive instructions(e.g., "submit a signed .pdf with your Fed return".) I spent 30 minutes trying to decipher what the statement meant and then figuring out how to do it.

Simple, Straightforward, Easy to use

I had an initial problem in that the software was not able to read a pdf of my H&R Block 2018 return. So I entered the info, and from then on I had no problems. We'll see if it worked correctly, but I'm confident it did. Painless way to do taxes; just answer the questions.
Pros: Easy to prepare
