I’ve been using it for years user-friendly, easy to use , and Convenient.
Why have someone else key your taxes in when you could do it for a lot less ..... you still have to gather all your own information. Instead of gathering the information and taking it to someone else to key it in a database , you can do it yourself or a lot less and much more convenient !

I like H&R Block Premium and have used it for years. However, I was really disappointed on the help and assistance available on setting up depreciation for large expenses for rental property. Almost no help at all even when searching the topic in the program or from an internet search engine. Definitely scant help when using the program's interview feature. They can do better as their competitor has more available information.

There are several items that are unexplained. You need to already know the rules before preparing a tax return. People are encouraged to save charitable contributions and take them every other year. But then the message comes up to warn that your contribution may be too high. . . then you have to select the % you're allowed to deduct!?!?!
Cons: Time consuming

Decent, but has some major bugs in the software
