When you send a confirmation message that "you're all set, there's nothing else you need to do" but don't prominently display how to submit payment, you cause user frustration by providing a false sense of security.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cannot find how to pay my Federal Extension Taxes!

The Federal extension period is a few days away and I tried to pay my taxes, but cannot find how to make the software co-operate and allow me to pay my taxes. What a loser of a system!

I have always used this outstanding product, in fact when H & R Block first came out, I bought the stock on a tip from a friend of mine. At the time, it went up so much, that when it came time to buy my house I sold it and put out a large down payment. So, I am thankful for H&R in more than one way.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

Love HR Block tax software

My family has been using HR block for maybe 15 yrs , it was called tax cut back then. We love it. I’ve used self employed and rental options and have been able to do my taxes without seeking an expensive accountant. Importing the prior years info makes it so eas and it comes with free e-filings. Love this product.
Pros: Easy to fix issues

I installed online. I have used H & R Block for years! I even worked for them a few years as a tax preparer, that's why I trust them to get the max refund, & it be prepared accurately.

Love your product in the past. This year you had a software glitch that I was unable to work around. And thus was unable to file electronically. And thus had to file on paper a day late (because I was on the road). We will discuss this further if the IRS penalizes me.
The software issue:
The Efile accuracy review listed an issue that I was unable to resolve, specifically: "If dependent's income is reported on line 2b of form 8962 there must be a social security number on line 6c of form 1040" Form 8962 was showing MAGA of our son, who has, in the past been listed as a dependent, but was NOT listed as a dependent in for 2017. I tried a million ways of working around this, with no success. Your response?
