I think it is a good income tax program, but as a first time user it was not as easy to use as I had expected since I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It does have a useful feature that highlights and takes you back to errors that need correcting. In preparing Schedule E, I missed the depreciation schedule preparation and had to go back to find that. Next year, it should go much easier.

I've used this tax software since the mid 1990's when it was called Taxcut. So, it has become almost second nature. What I like about it most is that they don't try to dramatically change it every year (are you listening Microsoft?). It just seems to get easier and easier to do my taxes. The biggest breakthrough for me was trusting the software to take me through the process step by step. Once I stopped trying to force it to work the way I thought it should work, it became a cinch to do my taxes.

Great software would be a 5 rating if I could have got it loaded (installed) on my machine. I had a two month install issue with the software. Finally resolved.

Been using for over 10 years. It's easy and complete. Improvements have been made in submitting to the IRS and giving / receiving payments. Keep doing what you are doing with incremental updates to the software to simplify use.

I love the entire program, but at the very end, it did not let me adjust the calculation of my estimated payments to Massachusetts for next year. Nor did it offer the opportunity to print my state estimated payment vouchers.
