Good software, should have larger support team

Easy to navigate and enter data. Needed support for what must be an unusual situation - wait times are longer than I would like (always more than 30 minutes) and no way to resume after level II could only suggest "try this" (and needed to try something else...)
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Program basics are okay. My biggest complaint is that H&R Block software does not complete CA Form 3801 and provides very little assistance with this task.
