Great For Doing Taxes

I have been using this program for years and it is easy to navigate your way through. I love that the data from last year transfers over and I feel like I haven't missed anything. Competitively priced. Definitely got value for money spent. I got a new computer last year and needed customer service help retrieving previous years returns and they took the time and walked me through it so that I could retrieve my records. Very satisfied.

Poor software updates

I had to wait nearly a month for them to update the software so I could e-file my taxes, completely unacceptable. I could understand if I did my taxes in January that this could happen but not in February. I will use a different software to prepare my taxes next year.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When there are errors the window to fix them is confusing,
It should be easier to navigate back to pages if you want to change something.
