OK for basic returns, but then I would have filed for free. We have a rental farm, and the form needed for that was very difficult to complete. The instructions did not help. Last year we used a competitor service, and that same form filled itself in via the interview.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

Always have issues with this software, as far as efiling tax returns, why does it take so much longer for the IRS to accept.

Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
