Program was difficult to install, had glitches thought the software. Have been using your program for the last 8 years, never experienced these issues before. I continue to get an error message during check status feature.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

It deleted a former copy of my return and went to a previous version. That was after filing and it stuck at pending for a week. Would never use this software again.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I filed my return on 2/9/20. Due to a problem with your software my return was rejected. Now I have to wait an extra week to get my refund. You should be refunding the purchase price of the software to anyone affected by this. Unacceptable
